Payment Terms

Payment terms will be agreed upon acceptance of quotation. For larger projects, staged payments may be required. We accept various payment methods including bank transfer and card payments.

Guarantees

All our work comes with a written guarantee. The guarantee period varies depending on the type of work undertaken and will be specified in your quotation. Manufacturer warranties may also apply to materials used.

Insurance

We are fully insured with comprehensive public liability insurance. Certificate of insurance is available upon request.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the contracted work. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses. This does not affect your statutory rights.
